Our Shipping Policy

Processing orders

All orders are subject to the stock availability. If an item is out of stock, it will be mentioned on our website or the Customer Service will be contacting the customer.

Delivery point

The order will be shipped to the address that the customer has given during the transaction. All orders are prepared and shipped from our office located in Blainville, QC (Canada). Please note that deliverer can’t leave the parcel at the address if there is nobody to receive it as a signature is required.

Shipping delay

TrackWeight ships from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it is shipped. Depending on the type of delivery selected, add few days for transportation. We are not responsible for delays occurring by the delivery company.

Shipping rates

The cost for shipping is based upon shipping company according to the type of delivery selected, address and total order amount.

Items damaged during shipping

Before leaving our facility, all orders are inspected and we guarantee that all products inside were tested to be assure their proper functioning. If the equipment is damaged at the delivery, please contact us immediately at 1 800 648-8132.
